Returns & Refunds
We hope the goods you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you ordered.
However, we understand that sometimes you will need to return goods to us either because you have changed your mind about them, we processed your order incorrectly, or the goods are faulty.
You have 7 days from delivery of your order to tell us of any problems
I've changed my mind about the products?
If you change your mind about the items, simply return them to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition, inform us by email of your intention to return within 7 days of goods been delivered, we will supply a RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER, to go with the returning item, return items within 14 days of invoice date.
We will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. Delivery charges are NOT refundable.
Any refund will be made by how you made payment when ordered, please supply bank details or card number which was used to make initial payment.
If you wish to cancel you order prior to dispatch we will give a full refund. However, if your order has already been prepared for dispatch there will be a charge for the cost of packing and administration.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds for:
Personalised balloons or other personalised items once production has started.
Helium (Balloon Gas) canisters or cylinders
You've sent me the wrong items?
Firstly contact us and explain what items have been sent out incorrectly. Once we have established what items have been mistakenly dispatched, return the items to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition and we will either send out the correct products or give a full refund, or negotiate discount if you wish to keep the items.
Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email that the items have been sent.
We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or some other method that provides a proof of posting.
If the items are not received by us and you have no proof of posting, we will not be able to offer any refund or dispatch replacement items.
My products are faulty?
Simply return the items to us and if we find they are faulty, we will either send out replacement products or give a full refund. If there are problems with personalised printed balloons we could in some cases offer a discount if acceptable.
Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email within 7 days of you receiving the items that the items are to been returned. Please return the the items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Where Balloonprint Ltd supplies goods bearing a design no claim whatsoever shall be made in respect of the contents, colouring or position of such design unless such claim is made within seven days after delivery of the first consignment delivered under any order.
No such claim can be accepted if the said contents, colouring or position of such design complies with artwork approved by the buyer or after any part of the goods comprised in any consignment delivered in pursuance of any order has been used for any purpose whatsoever.
